Start by tracing and cutting out felt and/or fabric in coordinating colors. You’ll need two different colors for each sleeve. If you don’t have a spare paper sleeve, feel free to print and use the PDF template I created from mine. (Click the image above to download) NOTE: Make sure you are tracing on the “wrong” or “back” side of your fabric, if there is one. That way, any residual marks won’t show. For mine, I used a felt sheet for the under fabric, and a super soft flannel pattern for the fabric on top. If you are using my templates, the “cutting template” should be used for this step.
